CognitiveDATA, Inc.

Rod is the President & CEO of the company. He founded his first of four technology companies in 1988 and leads the product & market innovation efforts for the company. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Susan is the EVP of Client Engagement for Cognitive. She owns the client experience for all Cognitive clients and leads a team of 30+ client professionals from senior strategists, full service account managers, and flawless production manager. She has held numerous VP level positions within Merkle over the past nine years. Prior to Merkle, she was with Harte-Hanks. She holds a BS Degree from George Mason University.

Andy is the Executive Vice President of Operations and Technology for CognitiveDATA. Andy joined CDi through the acquisition of CMS Direct, a marketing services provider servicing the catalog/retail vertical, where he was President and CIO. He holds a Bachelor�s degree in Computer Science.

Owen leads the business development team at CognitiveDATA and is responsible for introducing the CognitiveDATA value proposition to organizations who put a high value on accurate customer and prospect information. He has over 20 years of successful sales and service experience in the Direct and Database Marketing Industry, and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Fordham University.

John Watkins is the Vice President of Operations. In this role John oversees business intelligence, data acquisition and administrative activities. He has more than 10 years experience with database marketing and technology companies.

Todd is Director of Technology and Product Development. His experiences are vast in the arenas of database architecture, programming, and infrastructure deployment. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Penn State University.

Matt is Director of Technical Services. He has many years of experience creating, building, and managing technical solutions. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas.

Rod has been in the Direct Mail industry for over 20 years. He has managed many different departments from List Processing to Database, currently leading the IntelliMERGE production groups. He holds a Bachelor�s degree in Business Administration.
